About me
Hi, I am joyful to meet you, my name is Nânh, please allow me to briefly tell you my story
I’ve been on a spiritual path most of my life. Constantly moved to different families, houses, schools, cities, countries and continents, during my childhood I have experienced abuse in all forms, until developing the feeling of being “homeless” inside.My spiritual and physical relationship with Nature kept me alive and joyful in the midst of chaos: It all started with me finding connection and creating ways of communication with plants, animals and stars.Little I knew, I was a native descendant from a north-east Brazilian tribe, the Fulni-ô.
Till my early thirties
Till my early thirties, I could say that I turned more off than on to spirituality and connection to Nature, diving into food addiction, drugs and abusive relationships, completely disconnected from my own body, keeping my depression a secret, pretending to be “in control” until my darkest hour. It was again spirituality that saved me in December 2014, when I hit bottom, left literally everything (fashion job, partner, house..) and went to India, for a Yoga certification course.
There I found meditation. From that day on, I started studying and practicing every discipline and technique that could enhance my awareness and build up the skills to accomplish my purpose: to support planetary wellbeing, human health and awakening.
Today I work in 4 languages, all over the world, living the life of freedom I have dreamed about and feeling joyful and grateful at every breath.In my personal and professional practice, I focus on the 4 main technologies of Nature, as a tool:Human BeingAnimalsPlantsCosmosMy mission is to help you in your journey of Self Healing, Self Knowledge and Evolution for your Highest Wellbeing and for the Planetary Awakening.
